What Bóbame collects

We collect information you choose to provide through Rewards, catering inquiries, event communications, and customer support. This may include your name, contact information, favorite flavors, preferred size, consent choices, and event details.

How it is used

Information is used to provide requested services, remember preferences, administer loyalty benefits, respond to inquiries, improve operations, prevent abuse, and send communications only through channels you approved.

Analytics choices

Optional website analytics load only after you select “Allow analytics.” Bóbame disables advertising personalization in its website configuration. You can clear the site’s stored preference in your browser and choose again on your next visit.

Location and alerts

Bóbame may store approved event locations so a Wallet pass can surface nearby. We do not maintain continuous customer location history. Web, email, SMS, and Wallet communications require the corresponding consent.

Sharing and retention

Bóbame uses service providers only to operate the website, loyalty, communications, analytics, and business systems. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal requirements, security, and financial recordkeeping.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent, subject to applicable exceptions. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law. Bóbame will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
