Send a deletion request
Email info@drinkbobame.com with the subject “Bóbame Data Deletion Request.” Include the name and email address associated with your request and identify whether it concerns a catering inquiry, Rewards membership, Facebook connection, or Instagram connection.
For Facebook or Instagram
You may also remove Bóbame's access from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing access stops future collection through that connection. To request deletion of information already received through Meta, send the email request described above.
Verification and timing
Bóbame may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you or an account you are authorized to manage. After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible information and confirm completion by email. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Required records
Some records may be retained when required for taxes, payments, fraud prevention, security, contracts, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until they are safely overwritten. Please do not email passwords, access tokens, or payment-card information.
