About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Bóbame website, Bóbame Rewards, catering communications, and optional text-message programs operated by Collegiate Pros LLC, doing business as Bóbame. By using a service, you agree to the terms that apply to that service.

Bóbame text-message terms

When you separately check an SMS consent box and provide a mobile number, you authorize Bóbame to send the categories of messages described beside that box. These may include catering inquiry responses, customer-care messages, account or Rewards notifications, event reminders, and—only when separately authorized—promotional messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency, charges, and stopping messages

Message frequency varies based on your requests, account activity, and approved communication choices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel messages from that program. Reply HELP for help, or email info@drinkbobame.com. After an opt-out request, Bóbame may send one final confirmation. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility and mobile-number responsibility

You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Tell Bóbame if that number changes or is reassigned. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed on every device or network.

Bóbame Rewards

Rewards benefits, points, offers, tiers, and limited releases have no cash value, are personal to the member, and may not be sold or transferred. Bóbame may correct errors, prevent misuse, and update or end a benefit with reasonable notice when practical. Joining Rewards does not require consenting to marketing email or SMS.

Privacy and communication choices

Bóbame handles personal information as described in the Privacy Notice. You can withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Transactional messages that you specifically request may still be sent when needed to provide that service.

Changes and applicable law

Bóbame may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of California, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
