50% to book
A signed catering agreement and a 50% booking deposit, credited toward your total price, are required to reserve your event date. Your date is not confirmed until both are received, subject to any cancellation right provided by law.
50% before the event
The final 50% balance must be received at least 24 hours before your event. Service cannot begin while a balance remains unpaid.
Cancellation + rescheduling
14+ days: full refund. 7–13 days: transfer the deposit once to an available date within 90 days, or receive a refund less documented, nonrecoverable event costs already incurred. Fewer than 7 days, including within 24 hours or a no-show: Bóbame may deduct documented, nonrecoverable costs and other reasonable cancellation losses permitted by the signed agreement. Charges are compensation, not a penalty, and will never exceed the contracted total.
Cancellation notice may be submitted by email or another written method listed in your agreement. Bóbame will provide an itemized accounting and process any refund due within 30 days after receiving the cancellation and information needed to issue the refund. If Bóbame cancels, you may choose a full refund or a mutually agreed rescheduled date. Nothing here limits a nonwaivable right under California law. Do you cater private and corporate events?
Yes. Bóbame creates event experiences for personal celebrations, company gatherings and custom activations.
How does catering pricing work?
Every quote is tailored to the guest count, drink lineup, service format, date and event needs. No generic pricing is assumed on this page.
What is the payment schedule?

Do California statutory cancellation rights apply?
Yes, when applicable. Nothing in this policy limits a nonwaivable right under California law. If a private-event agreement qualifies as a home solicitation contract, you may cancel without penalty through midnight of the third business day after signing—or the fifth business day if you are 65 or older—and Bóbame will provide the notices and cancellation form required by law. The signed agreement will identify whether this right applies.
